共同富裕是物质富裕和精神富裕的统一.共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国式现代化的重要特征,是党和国家长期坚持的战略目标.教育是一个国家的根本.教育不仅是共同富裕的重要内容,更是推动整个国家发展的持久动力.边疆民族地区是共同富裕战略实现的重要阵地,边疆民族教育承担着为物质富裕提供人力资本、为精神富裕提供文化支撑的重要使命.边疆民族教育高质量发展,对共同富裕战略的实现和国家认同水平的提升至关重要.边疆民族教育是共同富裕战略的关键抓手,共同富裕是边疆民族教育的价值旨归.教育与共同富裕双线耦合,有利于实现边疆民族教育服务共同富裕的功能最大化.耦合的关键在于,其从根本上具有结构适恰性、元素契合性和功能匹配性.即边疆民族教育在结构上与共同富裕空间布局耦合,在元素上与共同富裕作用对象耦合,在功能上与共同富裕战略目标耦合.以结构耦合为基底建立内部联动机制,以元素耦合为抓手强化教育辐射力,以功能耦合为目标完善外部治理机制,是边疆民族教育服务共同富裕的最优路径选择.
The Prospects for Ethnic Education on Borderlands to Serve Common Prosperity
Unifying material prosperity and spiritual prosperity,common prosperity is an essential need of socialism,an important feature of Chinese modernization,and a long-term strategic goal of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese government.As an essential undertaking,education is not only an important part of common prosperity,but also a lasting driving force for the development of the entire country.The ethnic areas on borderlands are an important battlefield for the achievement of the strategy of common prosperity,and ethnic education on borderlands bears the important mission of providing human capital for material prosperity and cultural support for spiritual prosperity.The high-quality development of ethnic education on borderlands is crucial for the achievement of the strategy of common prosperity and the enhancement of the sense of national identity.Ethnic education on borderlands is a key lever in the strategy of common prosperity,and common prosperity is the value orientation to ethnic education on borderlands.The coupling of education with common prosperity helps to maximize the function that ethnic education on borderlands serves common prosperity.The key to the coupling of education with common prosperity lies in a suitable structure,compatible elements,and matchable functions.That is to say,ethnic education on borderlands is structurally coupled with the spatial layout of common prosperity,elementally coupled with the objects of common prosperity,and functionally coupled with the strategic goal for common prosperity.Therefore,the optimal channels through which ethnic education on borderlands serves common prosperity include establishing an internal linkage mechanism based on structural coupling,strengthening educational radiation through elemental coupling,and improving external governance mechanisms by aiming at functional coupling.
