国际化人才培养是全球化时代高等教育发展的重要趋势,美国顶尖大学在国际化人才培养方面积淀了较为成熟的经验.基于库恩的范式理论,美国顶尖大学国际化人才培养范式是美国顶尖大学国际化人才培养理论研究者和实践参与者共同接受的国际化人才培养的理念、价值、技术等构成的整体.在宗教、个人、社会组织、政府、大学等主体的推动下,美国顶尖大学国际化人才培养范式经历了前范式时期、范式形成时期、范式的危机与转换时期.新时期美国顶尖大学的国际化人才培养范式,在价值理念层面,立足国家利益且面向全球培养国际化人才;在模型框架层面,加强政府、社会和高等学校三者协同培养国际化人才;在共有范例层面,注重国际化人才专业能力与全球素养统一培养.我国"双一流"建设高等学校可批判性借鉴美国顶尖大学国际化人才培养范式的经验,从整体性与发展性的视角出发培养国际化人才.
International Talent Training in Top American Universities:The Paradigm and Its Shift
International talent training is an important trend in the development of higher education in the era of globalization,and top universities in the United States have accumulated mature experience in this respect.Based on Thomas Kuhn's theory of paradigm shifts,the paradigm for international talent training in top universities in the United States is a package model for international talent training accepted by both researchers and practitioners,and it covers concepts,value,and technology.Driven by such entities as religious groups,individuals,social organizations,governments,and universities,this paradigm went through several stages:pre-paradigm,paradigm formation,crisis and transition.In terms of values,the paradigm takes root in national interests and helps to train international talents across the globe in the new era;in terms of the framework of the model,governments,society and higher education institutions make more concerted efforts to train international talents;in terms of shared examples,they highlight the training of international talents integrating professional abilities and global competences.China's"double world-class"universities can critically draw on the experience from this paradigm,and train international talents from a holistic and developmental perspective.
