On the Fundamental Issues in the Construction of the Independent Knowledge System for Chinese Pedagogy
The construction of Chinese pedagogy boils down to establishing an independent knowledge system of Chinese pedagogy,which is a fundamental issue reflected in disciplinarity,Chinese characteristics,and autonomy.The construction of this system needs to reflect disciplinarity.We cannot construct pedagogy by merely viewing it as a science,or a study of educational problems,or even as a country-specific study in a narrow sense;instead,we need to construct pedagogy by grasping its attributes in the field of humanities and social sciences,and following the dual logic of humanities and social sciences.The construction of the system needs to reflect Chinese characteristics.It needs to have China's characteristics,style and pattern of pedagogy;specifically,it needs to embody traditional Chinese thoughts of education based on inheritance and nationality,the innovative and contemporary settlement of practical problems in Chinese education,and the building of a systematic and professional Chinese pedagogy in the digital era.The construction of the system needs to highlight autonomy.We need to construct disciplinary,academic and discourse-based systems of Chinese pedagogy through theoretic,subject-based,methodological and disciplinary autonomy.
