人工智能促进生命生长的教育哲学思考

人工智能正飞速地与社会生活深度融合,成为人类的生活场景,并且逐渐构建起一个深嵌着人类智慧的环境。这不仅深刻地影响着人类的生活方式、工作方式以及教育的内容、方法、形态等,而且将通过所构建的崭新的智能环境改变生命生长的内容、路径和方式。在智能技术的支持下,人与人沟通交流的路径与方式更加多元丰富,因材施教的教育理念得以充分实现。人类将能够对生命进化和生长所依赖的环境做出精心的选择和建构,生命的进化和生长可能成为目的性的过程。教育在人的发展中的主导作用凸显。其重心也将从对人的各种外在特征及其指标的关注,回归对生命生长本体的关注。为此,必须审慎思辨生命生长以及教育的功能和价值,积极构建教育新生态,重新建立教育与人的发展之间的关系。通过智能技术推动教育的系统性创新,打破各种束缚社会教育资源充分利用的体制机制障碍,关注人的生命本质性发展,聚集各种社会资源充分服务人的发展。
Reflections on the AI-Promoted Growth of Life from the Perspective of Educational Philosophy
Rapidly and deeply integrated with social life,artificial intelligence(AI)is becoming a scene of human life,and is gradually creating an environment where human wisdom is deeply embedded.This will not only profoundly affect humans'ways of life and work,and the content,methods and forms of education,but also change the content and pathways of life growth through the new intelligent environment created by AI.Supported by smart technology,humans communicate with each other in more diversified and richer ways,and the educational concept of teaching students according to their individual aptitudes is fully practiced.Humans will be able to elaborately select and construct the environment on which the evolution and growth of life depends,and the evolution and growth of life is likely to become a purposeful process.Education will further play a leading role in human development,focusing on the shift from its concern over humans'external features and their indicators to its concern over humans'life growth.Therefore,we need to prudently ponder life growth and the functions and value of education,actively build a new ecology of education,and rebuild the relationship between education and human development;and promote the systematic innovation of education based on smart technology,break down the institutional barriers restricting the full use of society's educational resources,pay attention to the essential development of human life,and gather various social resources to completely serve human development.
