加快建设教育强国,须大力弘扬教育家精神.教育家精神的培养,涉及人与自我、人与知识、人与社会乃至自然万物的多重关系.培养教育家精神,在心理世界,要唤醒"小我—大我—无我"的生命意识.即通过勤学修德、明辨笃实,锤炼"小我"品格;通过立己达人、修齐治平,强化"大我"担当;通过参赞天地、曲成万物,追寻"无我"之境.在客观知识世界,要涵养"悟道—传道—弘道"的教育情怀.即在读万卷书、行万里路中"悟道",在学而不厌、诲人不倦中"传道",在文明互鉴、命运与共中"弘道".在物质世界,要发展"生存—生活—生生"的实践智慧.即以求是创新改造"生存"境遇,以仁爱之心驻扎"生活"世界,以胸怀天下创造"生生"之态.探索具有中国特色的教育家精神培养新道路,应强化使命担当,激励广大教师以更加奋发有为的精神状态投身教育强国建设实践.
On the Cultivation of the Spirit of Distinguished Educators
To accelerate the building of a powerful country in education,we need to vigorously carry forward the spirit of distinguished educators.The cultivation of this spirit involves humans'relationships with themselves,their knowledge,society and even nature.To cultivate this spirit,we need to help teachers awaken their life consciousness of"individual—society—nature"in the mental world.In other words,teachers need to develop their individual character through studiousness,moral cultivation,critical thinking,and the pursuit of truth from facts;strengthen their sense of community through the improvement of their own personality and their positive influence on others,along with their self-cultivation,family management,country governance,and pursuit of world peace;and pursue cosmic consciousness by following the laws of nature,achieving harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,and overcoming shortcomings and seeking happiness in twists and turns.In the objective world of knowledge,teachers need to cultivate their affection for education by understanding,spreading and carrying forward the objective laws of nature.Specifically,they need to comprehend the objective laws of nature by acquiring knowledge based on extensive reading,and doing practice to verify their knowledge and improve their understanding of the objective world;disseminate the objective laws of nature through insatiable learning and tireless teaching;and carry forward the objective laws of nature through civilization exchanges,mutual learning,and the creation of a shared future for mankind.In the material world,teachers need to develop the practice-based wisdom of"survival—life—harmonious coexistence."Specifically,they need to change the situation of"survival"through their pursuit of truth and innovation,cherish love and benevolence in the world of"life,"and have a world-embracing mindset to create the fundamental mechanism for the growth of all things.To explore a new way to cultivate the China-based spirit of distinguished educators,we need to strengthen our missions,and stimulate teachers to devote themselves to the practice of building a powerful country in education in a more energetic spirit.
