A Probe into the Phenomenology of Technology in the Digital Transformation of Vocational Education
With the continuous upgrading of technology, vocational education stands in the digital era focusing on the integration of data and intelligence. The phenomenology of technology(PT)provides a new methodological perspective for the study of the digital transformation of vocational education. This study makes a PT-based restoration of the nature of the digital transformation of vocational education from four aspects:technological intentionality, technological instrumentalization, technological artifacts and the human-technology relationship.A PT diagnosis reveals that the malaise for the digital transformation of vocational education is mainly reflected in the following:The approaches to technical skill training deviate from technological orientations, the errors in technology integration hinder the co-construction and sharing of college-enterprise resources, the separation of technical life from the human body restricts the deep integration of production and education, and technical devices hinder the adaptive training of vocational college students.Faced with the malaise for the digital transformation of vocational education,we need to tackle the dilemma of technical rationality, and improve the functions of technical skill accumulation in vocational colleges;emphasize the reduction of the errors in technology integration, and build a digital governance system aiming at the collaboration between vocational colleges and enterprises;highlight embodied technology experience, and create a virtual-real field of practice for the dialog between production and teaching;and focus on subjective vocational adaptation, and improve the digital-interaction ethics for the apprentice-training community.
