教育史学科作为教育学的一个分支学科,在教育学领域中占据重要地位。改革开放以来,我国教育史学科得以恢复重建,学科自我意识觉醒,学术研究勃兴。在教育史学研究走向繁荣兴盛的进程中,韩达先生孜孜以求,作出了不容忽视的重要贡献。他参与筹备成立全国教育史研究会,创办中华孔子研究所,组织编写出版《中国教育通史》和系列专题研究著作,是中国教育史研究复兴、学者代际传承的重要推动者。韩达先生发起研究并主编多卷本《中国少数民族教育史》,探索构建少数民族教育史基本理论和体系框架,开创了少数民族教育史研究的先河,是少数民族教育史研究的拓荒者。韩达先生在暮年全力投入教育史研究事业,勇于任事、敢为人先,可谓"学者战士",刚健有为、自强不息是其精神写照。学术传承本质上是人的传承,研究和书写前辈学人,不只是让学术史更丰满,更在于传承发扬其精神,接力前行。
Distinguished Educationist Han Da and the Revival of the Study of the History of Chinese Education since the Reform and Opening-up
As a branch of pedagogy,the discipline of educational history occupies an important position in the field of pedagogy.Since the reform and opening-up,the discipline of educational history in China has been restored and rebuilt,the disciplinary consciousness of it has been awakened,and academic research has become prosperous.During the time when the study of it tended to achieve prosperity,distinguished educationist Mr.Han Da carried out tireless explorations and made remarkable contributions.He participated in the preparation for the establishment of the National Educational History Research Society,founded the Confucius Institute of China,and organized the compilation and publication of the General History of Chinese Education and a series of theme-based research works,thus becoming an important promoter of the revival of the study of the history of Chinese education and the intergenerational inheritance of scholars.He initiated the research,worked as the chief editor of the multi-volume History of the Education of Ethnic Minorities in China,and explored the basic theories and the system framework for the history of the education of ethnic minorities,thus blazing a trail in the study of the history of the education of ethnic minorities,and acting as a pioneer in the study of this area.In the twilight of his career,he devoted himself to the study of the history of education,bravely shouldered responsibilities,dared to take the lead,and could be honored as a"scholarly warrior,"and all this demonstrated his vigorous spirit of self-improvement.Academic inheritance is in essence human inheritance;studying and writing about academic predecessors helps not only to enrich the academic history,but also to inherit and carry forward their spirit.
