Value Implication,Index System,and Realization Path of Value-added Evaluation for Professional Degree Postgraduates:From the Perspective that Centers on Student Development
Value-added evaluation is not only an exploratory measure to promote education evaluation reform,but also an important way to ensure education quality.From the student development-centered perspective,the authors further analyze the implication of the value-added evaluation on professional degree postgraduates by explaining the concept and connotation thereof.In addition,by using the literature research method and in an exploratory manner,they construct a value added evaluation index system,covering the evaluation on ideology and morality,practical ability and innovative ability of the postgraduates.Finally,they propose that the evaluation organizer or undertaker should actively update evaluation concept,the selection of evaluation methods should be scientifically realistic and appropriate,and the feedback of the evaluation results should be timely tracked and improvement be followed.With these implementing approaches,the overall development of postgraduates and the improvement of education quality can be further enhanced.
