On Doctoral Student Training Mode Construction for Future Educators
The establishment of the Doctor of Education(Ed.D.)is a significant innovation in the doctoral degree system in China.It serves as an important way to cultivating future educators,and plays a pioneering,foundational,and strategic role in constructing China into an educationally strong nation.How to construct a training mode that not only aligns with the requirements of the Education Doctorate category but also highlights the quality standards of the Education Doctorate is a significant theoretical and practice topic.Taking the practical exploration of the Northeast Normal University as a case study,this paper elucidates the theoretical implications and the practice pathway of a"goal-oriented,theory-practice synergy,and three-dimensional coordination"Education Doctorate training model from four aspects:the demand of the era,experience from others,theoretical foundation,and practice approaches,with the hope to provide reference for the construction of an Education Doctorate training model with Chinese characteristics.
