科教产教融合视域下农科研究生培养的安徽范式

研究生教育是国民教育的重要组成部分,其人才培养质量直接影响科教兴国、人才强国和教育强国战略的实施.然而,多年来我国农科研究生培养一直存在着学生务农思想不够牢固、实践能力不强和多元主体协同育人机制不畅等问题.为此,安徽农业大学坚持价值导向、创新导向和应用导向,注重科教产教融合,通过共建"四位一体"思政育人平台,推进人才链、产业链、创新链"三链协同",着力构建纵横"双向联动"农科研究生培养大矩阵,推动农科研究生教育的区域性、系统性、综合性改革,实现了农志强、本领强、思维新的新时期农科人才培养目标,形成了农科研究生培养的安徽范式.
Anhui Agricultural Postgraduate Training Paradigm from the Perspective of Science,Education,and Industry Integration
Postgraduate education is an important,constituent part of the national education system,and its training quality directly influences the implementation of national strategies to make China strong in science,talent and education.However,for many years,there have been some problems in the training of agricultural postgraduates in China,such as weak devotion to professional studies and inadequate practical ability of the students,and poor operation of the cooperative education mechanism involving diversified partners in school running.Therefore,Anhui Agricultural University adheres to the principle of value,innovation and application orientation,and pays attention to the integration of science,education,and industry.Specifically,it jointly builds with other school-running entities a"four-in-one"ideological and political education platform and promotes a"three-chain coordination"system covering talent-training,industry and innovation;it puts forth effort to build a"two-way linkage"agricultural postgraduate education matrix so as to push forward regional,systematic and comprehensive reform in agricultural postgraduate education.As a result,it has realized the goal of cultivating agricultural postgraduates into professionals of the new era who share a strong will to engage in agriculture,with outstanding skills and creative thinking.The effort has formed an Anhui paradigm of agricultural postgraduate education.
