Recognition Degree of Ideological and Political Education by Doctoral Students and Influencing Factors——Binary Logistic Regression Based on the Reform of Ideological and Political Education for Doctoral Students
To enhance the ideological and political education recognition by doctoral students is an important link to play the directivity role of ideological function of the ideological and political education in the new era.In order to explore the status quo of the ideological and political education recognition by doctoral students from multidimensional and multiple perspectives and find a way to improve it,this paper,based on the text analysis of doctoral education reform from 25 provincial competent administrative departments and 33 universities,deeply studies the prominent problems and core influencing factors relating to the ideological and political education recognition by doctoral students.The results show that the lack of recognition of ideological and political education and organized activities by doctoral students,the lack of ideological and political studies,the diversification of groups,and the single teaching mode are the key factors that influence the recognition of ideological and political education.Therefore,the authors suggest that we should pay more attention to the broadness and depth of doctoral students'ideological and political studies,so as to stimulate their practice motivation;ensure the co-existence of unified ideological and political education and diversified disciplinary studies,so as to deepen the integration of the two;strengthen the construction of the ideological and political education team for doctoral students,and give full play to the educational role of the peers and role models,so as to enhance the practical effect of ideological and political education at higher-learning institutions and boost the training quality for them.
