On the Value,Deviation,and Orientation of Digital Transformation in Double First-Class Universities
Digital transformation is a disruptive technological change.Promoting digital transformation is an objective requirement for double first-class universities to adapt to the global trend of digitization.It enriches and develops diversified practice of global educational digital transformation,accelerates the pace of social transformation in China,and promotes the implementation of high-quality development-all these are fundamental requirements that possess unique value in this era.However,there are currently many inadequacies in the digital transformation of double first-class universities in terms of conceptual perception,top-level design,data technology application,and institutional innovation.The author proposes that to effectively promote the digital transformation in double first-class universities,we need to strengthen the guiding role of government,encourage active participation of enterprises,reconstruct a new internal organization,foster a data culture atmosphere,and strengthen data-related infrastructure.
