An Exploration of the Ideological and Political Education Mode and Method in the New Era Joint Outstanding Engineer Training Base
The outstanding engineer training base is a talent training platform jointly established by postgraduate training undertakers,industries and enterprises,and is also the main place for postgraduates to carry out professional practice.It is necessary to improve the joint training base for outstanding engineers in the new era.Based on the analysis of the importance and urgency of combining ideological and political education and the outstanding engineers cultivation,this paper summarizes the mode of integrating ideological and political education into the joint training base.This paper also proposes some methods to cultivate typical ideological and political education elements in the joint training base,and to integrate political awareness,pioneering spirit,excellent cultural elements,craftsmanship spirit,engineering ethics,academic integrity into the construction of the base.The research outcomes in this paper can serve as reference for ideological and political education in joint outstanding engineer training bases in the new era.
