Informatization Characteristics,Present Challenges and Innovative Path in Postgraduate English Teaching
The development of modern information technology exerts a profound impact on the English teaching for postgraduates,which has strongly promoted the reorganization of teaching resources and the innovation of teaching mode and teaching evaluation.The characteristics of information-based English teaching for postgraduates are of integration,individuation,and sharing.In the process of promoting the information-based teaching,some challenges appear,such as how to improve teachers'information literacy,how to better balance quality higher education resources,how to integrate the discipline and specialty with practical teaching,and how to arrange AI-added teaching.Therefore,the authors propose that,as universities and colleges of China are now actively promoting IT-led innovation on English teaching mode,we should build teaching platforms,introduce smart teaching,blended teaching and other measures,and enhance the level of English teaching for postgraduate,so that we can train more high-level,top-notch and innovative professionals for the country.
