国际话语权视域下中国式现代化话语体系的建构

摘要
中国式现代化话语体系是中国共产党人立足时代变化,结合自身的理论根基以及现实需要所提出的科学话语概念,具有深厚的人类文明价值.然而,由于中国的国际话语权在话语环境、话语内容、话语平台等方面面临着现实困境,使得中国式现代化话语体系出现了话语建构困局.从话语议题、话语感召力、话语影响力三个层面建构中国式现代化话语体系,从而把中国式现代化的实践优势提升为话语优势,实现与自身国际地位相匹配的话语权地位.
Abstract
Chinese-style modernization discourse system is a scientific discourse concept put forward by the Chinese Communists Party based on the changes of the times,their own theoretical basis and practical needs,which has profound human civilization value.However,due to the realistic predicament of China's international discourse power in the discourse environment,discourse content and discourse platform,the Chinese-style modernization discourse system has a discourse construction dilemma.Therefore,the Chinese-style modernization discourse system should be constructed from the three levels of discourse issues,discourse appeal and discourse influence,so as to upgrade the practical advantages of Chinese-style modernization to the discourse advantages and achieve the discourse power status matching its own international status.
