The Implementation Dilemma and Countermeasures of Modern Apprenticeship System in Vocational Colleges under the Premise of Industry Education Integration——Taking the Accounting Major of Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College as an Example
The modern apprenticeship system is a new talent training model proposed by the Ministry of Education of China in recent years,which is of great significance for improving the joint education between schools and enterprises,promoting the integration of industry and education,cultivating innovative talents,and enhancing employment and entrepreneurship capabilities.However,the modern apprenticeship system in vocational Accounting majors has encountered many difficulties in implementation,such as a lack of legal protection,a small number of cooperative enterprises,weak enterprise enthusiasm,insufficient enterprise mentors and low comprehensive quality of dual mentors,and poor implementation of the alternation between"work"and"study".Policy recommendations such as improving relevant regulations and policies,constructing a multi-party collaborative education model between government,schools,and enterprises,increasing cooperation with multiple enterprise units,enhancing students'professional qualities,coordinating the alternation of"work"and"study"relationships,and strengthening the construction of dual mentor teaching teams can be promoted and applied in similar universities.
