摘要

随着我国高职教育改革的不断深入,产教融合赋能提升行动逐步深入.围绕名师工匠在促进高职院校产教融合中的引领作用,积极探究其有效的发展路径及其实践应用.通过文献研究、案例分析和实务操作等方法,全面梳理了名师工匠导向下产教融合模式的内涵、特点和运作机制,构建由名师工匠主导的双师型教学团队、建立校企合作长效机制和深化课程改革是实现持续有效融合的关键.提出建立多方参与、名师工匠引领的产教融合发展路径,旨在为高职教育创新和人才培养模式改革提供参考.

Abstract

With the continuous deepening of vocational education reform in China,the action of empowering and enhancing the integration of industry and education is gradually penetrating.Under the leading role of renowned teachers and craftsmen in promoting the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges,this paper actively explores the effective development path and practical application;comprehensively sorts out the connotation,characteristics,and operational mechanism of the industry education integration model under the guidance of renowned teachers and craftsmen through literature research,case analysis,and practical operations.The key to achieving sustainable and effective integration is to build a dual teacher teaching team led by renowned teachers and craftsmen,establish a long-term mechanism for school enterprise cooperation,and deepen curriculum reform.Establishing a path of integrated development of industry and education led by renowned teachers and craftsmen is proposed to provide references for innovation in higher vocational education and reform of talent cultivation models.
