Accelerating the construction of high-quality party building work system is of great significance for further enhancing the political and organizational functions of grassroots party organizations,comprehensively improving the service capabilities of higher vocational colleges,and promoting the high-quality development of regional economy and society.At present,there are still shortcomings in the party building work of higher vocational colleges,mainly manifested in:the political function of colleges and universities is not in place,the advantages and strengths of grassroots party organizations are not fully utilized,the construction of cadres and talents is short,and the ability to serve regional development is slightly insufficient.In view of these problems,some colleges and universities have explored feasible paths in strengthening party building work,which is worth popularizing:take correctly the political direction and continuously strengthen theoretical armament;persist in focusing on grassroots and consolidating grassroots party building;improve management mechanisms and enhance the level of cadre and talent team construction;adhere to integrated innovation and serve local economic and social development.
