摘要

基于网络药理学及分子对接法探讨了二参芍麦汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)的可能作用机制.通过数据库获取二参芍麦汤的活性成分及CAG的相关靶点,将两者取交集,得到二参芍麦汤干预治疗CAG的相关作用靶点,构建了"中药-活性成分-交集靶点-疾病"网络图并进行了通路富集分析.研究结果发现,二参芍麦汤治疗CAG具有多成分、多靶点、多途径的特点,通过进一步靶点分析、GO富集分析、KEGG通路富集分析、蛋白相互作用网络及分子对接法分析,发现二参芍麦汤的主要活性成分木犀草素、山奈酚、槲皮素、β-谷甾醇、豆甾醇、异鼠李素等可能通过AKT1、TP53、IL-6、TNF、BCL2、CASP3、IL-1B 等靶点,作用于癌症途径、NF-κB、JAK-STAT 等信号通路来治疗CAG.

Abstract

The possible mechanism of Ershen Shaomai Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)based on network pharmacology and molecular docking methods is explored.The active ingredients and CAG related targets of Ershen Shaomai Decoction are obtained through the database.The target of components of the Ershen Shaomai Decoction and disease targets are intermixed to obtain the target of Ershen Shaomai Decoction in treating CAG.A network diagram of"Chinese medicine-active ingredients-intersection-targets disease"is constructed and pathway enrichment analysis is performed.The research results show that Ershen Shaomai Decoction has the characteristics of multi-component,multi target,and multi pathway treatment for CAG.Through further target analysis,GO enrichment analysis,KEGG pathway enrichment analysis,protein interaction network,and molecular docking analysis,it is found that the main active ingredients of Ershen Shaomai Decoction,including luteolin,kaempferol,quercetin,β-sitosterol,stigmasterol,and isorhamnosum,may act on cancer pathways,NF-κB、JAK-STAT and other signaling pathways through AKT1、TP53、IL-6、TNF、BCL2、CASP3、IL-1B and other targets to treat CAG.
