The people are the creators of history,but the role of leaders in history can not be ignored.Throughout the history of the Communist Party of China leading revolution,construction and reform,Par-ty leaders have played an important role in it.Correct understanding and scientific evaluation of Party leaders is an important political issue,related to the rise and fall of the socialist cause,and related to the future and destiny of the Party and the country.It is necessary to have a scientific evaluation system to e-valuate the leaders of the Communist Party of China,that is,to adhere to the guidance of historical mate-rialism,to adhere to the principle of historicism,and to evaluate the leaders of the Communist Party of China from facts.Marxist dialectics should be used to appraise the Party leaders historically,concretely and comprehensively to carry out the correct evaluation criteria and make an objective and fair evaluation of the life of Party leaders.
