On the digital transformation path of cold chain logistics from the perspective of five-chain coupling
Digital transformation is a new driving force for upgrading cold chain logistics business models and modernizing industry governance capabilities.By constructing a theoretical model of cold chain logis-tics digital transformation from the perspective of five-chain coupling,relying on the coordinated develop-ment of cold-chain logistics industry chain,supply chain,innovation chain,factor chain and institutional chain,we can clarify the intrinsic relationship between the five chains and the promotion of five-chain cou-pling.The mechanism of digital transformation of cold chain logistics,establishes an evaluation index sys-tem to measure the role of five-chain coupling in promoting the digital transformation of cold chain logistics,according to relevant data on the development of cold chain logistics industry in 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)from 2019 to 2021.The PLS-SEM model is used to quantitatively analyze the impact of the five chains on the digital transformation of my country's cold chain logistics,and the coupling coordination degree model is applied to measure the coupling coordination among the five chains.The study finds that our country's cold chain logistics is still in the early stage of digital transformation.There are major development shortcomings in the innovation chain,industrial chain and factor chain.The syn-ergy between the five chains is not strong,and the level of coupling coordination is obviously"strong in the east and weak in the west".In view of the current status of digital transformation of cold chain logistics in my country,it is proposed that in the future the blocking points in industrial development should be opened up,and the strengthening and replenishment of each chain should be actively promoted.At the same time,attention should be paid to optimizing the layout of the cold chain industry,and coordinating regional linkage development,offering new perspectives and references for the digital transformation and development of the economy.
