Taking the Changzhen Feng-huang Yinghui Project as an example,this paper discusses the dynamic rela-tionship between design and research,and puts forward a research-oriented design path consisting of three interre-lated stages(pre-design problem col-lection,design stage research,design completion results display)to form a scientific and systematic guidance sys-tem for public housing design methods.
