New urban area,new concepts,new models,and new technologies:practice of"A+EPC"for housing project in Block 0701 of Beijing City Sub-center
In 2016,the central govern-ment made important instructions on the planning and construction of the Beijing sub-center,which is becoming the most potential new urban area in Beijing's future.The 0701 Block project intro-duced in this article,as a demonstration project of the sub-center,explores new paths of urban operation and grassroots social governance with the concept of small street outline,dense road network and open block.A2 and F bid sections explore the new model of"A+EPC"led by responsible architects,and innovate the practice of industrialization,digitali-zation and green technology.
