摘要
随着产业类型的迭代筛选、生产技术的升级换代,存量工业建筑亟需改造以适配新兴产业,并承担为城市界面贡献现代工业之美的期待.SEW高效电机与智能制造项目通过改造原可成科技废弃厂房,对既有工业建筑更新中碳排放的预测、高效且价格适宜建造工艺的选择以及独特美学价值的呈现进行了一定的探索.
Abstract
With the iterative screening of industrial types and the upgrading of production technology,the stock of industrial buildings urgently needs to be renovated in order to be suitable for new industries and to undertake the expectation of contributing to the urban interface with the beauty of modern in-dustry.SEW High-efficiency Motor and Intelligent Manufacturing project has made good explorations on the predic-tion of carbon emissions in the renew-al of the existing industrial buildings,the selection of suitable construction processes for the construction of high efficiency and reasonable price and the presentation of unique aesthetic value.
