Abstract
The process,flow and key technology of chip production are brief-ly introduced.From the overall layout,architectural design,the paper introduc-es the design thinking of the National Memory Base project(Phase Ⅰ),on the basis of meeting the process needs,the architect can reflect the beauty of industrial architecture through the build-ing facade.The project phased imple-mentation strategy,the building fire pro-tection design and space management concept are deeply explored.
