"工业上楼"开启了城市工业建筑向高密度园区转型的新趋势,以深圳宝龙专精特新产业园为例,探讨了在"工业上楼"背景下,工业园区设计的底层逻辑与模式.聚焦产业本身,注重生产工艺流程,构建产业生态链,关注园区与城市的关系和成本控制,是"工业上楼"项目成功的关键要素.
Abstract
"Industrial verticalization"has initiated a new trend of transforming urban industrial buildings into high-den-sity parks.Taking Shenzhen Baolong SRDI Industry Park as an example,this article explores the underlying logic and mode of industrial park design in the context of"industrial verticalization".Focusing on the industry itself,empha-sizing production processes,building industrial ecosystem chains,and paying attention to the relationship between the park and the city as well as costing control are the key elements to achieve"industrial verticalization"park's success.
