工业建筑是为满足特定产品生产或研发试制需要,容纳主要及辅助生产功能的建筑,其空间形态需与工艺流程及生产设备所需环境性能要求相吻合,强调生产空间布局的集约性、逻辑性、连续性及人流、物流的便捷和高效,同时需结合项目用地环境回应建筑的城市属性,进行建筑本体的空间再造,完成工艺流程和产品生产、研发试制条件约束下的功能实现与形式建构的统一.通过天津卷烟厂项目的创作实践,阐述基于工业基因的理性设计和建筑性表达.
Abstract
Industrial architecture is de-signed to accommodate the primary and auxiliary functions,which is necessary for specific products and research de-velopment goals.The spatial configura-tion is tailored to align with the process flow and environmental performance of the product manufacturing,emphasizing on the intensive,logical,and continuity of space layout,as well as the conve-nience and efficiency for both personnel and material flows.At the same time,the design must take the urban context of the project site into account,integrat-ing the building's spatial reconfiguration within its urban attributes.This article discusses the rational design based on industrial genes and architectural ex-pressions through the practical expe-rience of the Tianjin Cigarette Factory project.
