摘要
在深圳制造业空间资源紧缺和产业转型升级加速的背景下,以特殊的定位与站位,担负着探索"工业上楼"开发新模式的使命.以量身定制作为基础,以复合桥式货运创新提升生产效率,以灵活弹性应对未来产业升级,以"三生融合"营造人性化园区,打造向天空拓展的"工业上楼"新样板.
Abstract
Against the background of lim-ited manufacturing space resources and accelerated industrial transformation in Shenzhen,the project bears the mission of exploring new models of industrial vertical-ization because of its unique positioning.The project is based on customized pro-duction,improves production efficiency through innovative composite bridge freight transportation,adapts to future industrial upgrading with flexibility plans,and creates a humanized park through the integration of production,living and ecology.It creates a new model of"industrial verticalization".
