With the development of the TOD model, the design of the articulation space between urban complexes and rail stations is gain-ing more and more attention, among which the channel-type interface space is the most widely used, but most of them only consider the ba-sic access needs, often ignore the feelings of pedestrians, and lack in humanized space design. Therefore, this paper takes three typical rail stations in Shanghai as examples, and explores the correlation be-tween pedestrian experience char-acteristics and spatial features from the perspective of users'walking experience, with a view to giving suggesting methods to enhance the pedestrian-friendly quality of access-type articulated spaces.
