Hangzhou Canal Van-ke Center is a typical real estate project.Under the requirements of maximizing investment and returns,as well as strict design constraints,the architect intends to give its pub-licness back to the city.The proj-ect is designed as an open area to positively responses to the land,the community and the city,and finally implement industry-city integration and achieve sustainability.
