摘要
从街区设计、建筑设计、材料与构造工艺改良三个层面,系统阐释了连江魁龙坊历史文化街区如何在保护的前提下,通过适应性改造的方式,实现由传统居住型街区向在地文化商业类街区的转变,平衡保护与发展的关系.
Abstract
From the three aspects of area design,architectural design,material and structural technology improvement,this paper systematically explains how Lianjiang Kuilongfang historical and cultural area realizes the transformation from traditional residential area to local cultural and commercial area through adaptive transformation under the premise of protection,and balances the relationship between protection and de-velopment.
