摘要
面对已大部分拆除、并出让给民营企业开发商业街区的现状,以"向传统城市学习"的理念,对街区进行肌理织补、风貌传承、活力复兴,解决了小网格历史地段保护、织补过程中肌理延续、兼顾多样化风貌保护传承与现代化功能使用的建筑创作方法、地下空间的利用与工程措施保障的难题,是我国小网格历史地段织补更新的重要实践探索.
Abstract
In the face of the current situ-ation that most of the blocks have been demolished and transferred to private enterprises to develop commercial blocks,with the concept of"learning from traditional cities",the fabric of the blocks is mended,the style is inherited,and the vitality is revived.It solves the problems of the protection of small grid historical lot,the continuity of texture in the process of darning,the architectural creation method that takes into account the preservation of diverse features and the use of modern functions,the utiliza-tion of underground space and the guar-antee of engineering measures,which is an important practical exploration of the darning renewal of small grid historical lot in China.
