Blocks planning and building under the limited land and complex engineering:taking international experience as examples
Intensive overlapping of engi-neering elements occurs between different plots and between plots and infrastructure,which affects the efficiency and quality of urban blocks.This paper focuses on the international frontier practices,to sort out their development background,planning and construction process,and explore their strategies of blocks planning and build-ing under the influence of limited land and complex engineering factors,with a view to providing evidence and support for similar construction in China.
