深圳高强度片区区划及街区尺寸量化研究

以高强度片区容积率高、地下开发强度高、功能混合、交通设施复合特征为基础,结合深圳市密度一区范围(最高密度建设区)和地下空间资源利用规划,对深圳市高强度片区进行识别.以城市设计中的"街区尺度"为切入点,将街区地块面积、周长、长宽比、用地性质等指标作为考察要素,利用统计学方法分析,实验性地为高强度片区建立街区尺度适应性范畴,为进一步验证及设计实践提供参考.
The quantitative study of high-intensity district zoning and block size in Shenzhen
Based on the characteristics of high plot ratio,high underground develop-ment intensity,functional mixing and traffic facilities complex,this paper identifies the high intensity area in Shenzhen by combin-ing the density area range and underground space resource utilization planning.Taking"block scale"as the entry point in urban de-sign,and taking block plot area,perimeter,aspect ratio,land usage and other indica-tors as the factors of investigation,cluster analysis is carried out by using statistical methods,and the adaptability category of block scale is experimentally established for high-intensity areas.
