摘要
基于中微观视角,回溯城市大型复杂综合工程基本概念,探讨其交通复杂性的特征、成因与趋势.以琶洲西区城市设计为实证案例,通过公共空间一体化设计、集约分层开发、预留缓冲空间等地下空间整合式设计原则,阐述城市快速交通体系的工程理性实施框架;通过开敞广场空间、立体步行连廊、骑楼界面控制等街道空间一体化模式,提升城市街道慢行空间的集约紧凑度、连续性和渗透性,形成应对交通复杂性的精明营建策略.
Abstract
From a meso-micro perspective,this article sorts out basic concept of urban complex integrated projects,and figures out characteristics,origins and trends of transit complexity.Two essential strategies are applied to Pazhou West District urban design,to facilitate transit complexity ori-ented strategy of smart construction.From one hand,underground integrated design principles contribute to engineering rational-ity framework of urban rapid transit system.For another,street space integrated design modes are beneficial to enhance intensive compactness,continuity and permeability of slow pedestrian space in urban blocks.
