杭州天空之城与中区综合体开发策略研究

摘要
以杭州天空之城及中区综合体项目为研究对象,梳理杭州天空之城车辆段上盖区域的开发策略,探究中区综合体的营建复杂性及最大化土地效益的核心方法,总结结合城市车辆段上盖开发的城市设计及重点地块综合工程实施全过程的关键策略.通过对实际案例的归纳分析,为理解和应对车辆段区域开发及其周边大型综合项目中的挑战提供参考,进而促进城市空间的优化布局和土地资源的高效利用.
Abstract
Taking the Hangzhou Sky City and the Central District Complex project as the research object,this study organizes the development strategies of the Hangzhou Sky City vehicle section cover area,explores the construction complexity of the Central District Complex and the key development strategies for maximizing land benefits,and summarizes the key strategies from urban design to the implementation of key plot comprehensive engineering throughout the whole process of urban vehicle section cov-er development.
