摘要

阐述城市立体化设计作为解决高强度开发与空间资源不足之间矛盾的重要途径,在实现城市空间为人服务方面的理论与实践.以东莞国际商务区首开区为例,具体说明在有限用地内,如何以立体分层、空间腾挪、单元统筹等策略,营造地面、地下、空中多层次的城市基面系统,优化城市公共空间形态,弥补高密度功能复合带来的城市公共空间与生态活力缺失等问题.

Abstract

This paper expounds the theory and practice of three-dimensional urban design as an important way to solve the contradiction between high-intensity devel-opment and insufficient space resources.Taking Dongguan International Business Dis-trict as an example,it explains in detail how to use the strategies of vertical layering,spatial displacement,unit integration and so on,creating a multi-level public space sys-tem of ground,underground and up-ground in limited conditions.In this way,urban public space could be optimized and urban vitality could be replenished in high-density district.
