摘要
以"全生命期低碳化"为主要目标和设计手段,对既有办公空间展开建筑改造实践,通过空间用能、灵活适变、轻量建构、绿量提升、循环再生和智慧调控六个方面展开建筑营造.
Abstract
The paper carries out a practice of the existing office reno-vation with the goal of all life cycle low carbonization.The office reno-vation follows six design strategies including space energy use,flexi-bility and adaptability space,light skeleton,green quantity improve-ment,recycling and smart regula-tion.
