The perspective and concept of community renewal:the evolution of communities towards urban renaissance
In the inventory era of urban con-struction,community renewal has received more and more attention.The construction and development of urban communities inevitably have a direct impact on the the overall development of cities.The renewal of the community will also promote the revital-ization of the city.This paper takes Minzhu Community of Chongqing as example,dis-cusses the law and logic of community re-newal,and emphasizes that the perspective and concept of community renewal should point to the overall goal of urban regenera-tion.
