Structural construction of space:reflections and recall of Archi-Neering teaching process in the School of Architecture at Southeast University
Reflecting on the teaching journey of the Structural Architecture Research Cen-ter of the School of Architecture,Southeast University,since 2016,this essay elucidates the teaching framework and objectives from aspects such as structural selection and form,structural elementization,and the culti-vation of structural thinking,introduces two teaching methods based on Archi-Neering:the structural prototyping approach and the model experimentation,and demonstrates the teaching achievements under the idea of prioritizing structure,elementizing spa-tial creation and evolving from"structure as structure"to"structure as space".
