摘要
针对现代城市高速发展和规模不断扩大带来的城市环境问题,运用绿色生态发展理念,提高建筑的使用效益和生态效益,成为城市公共建筑建设重要的方向.新昌检测服务中心项目以绿色三星为建设目标,结合主动与被动技术,优化建筑设计,实现资源节约和生态平衡,为城市绿色建筑提供实践参考.
Abstract
In response to the urban environmental problems caused by the rapid develop-ment and continuous expansion of modern cities,the application of green ecological develop-ment concepts to improve the utilization and ecological ben-efits of buildings has become an important direction for the construction of urban public buildings.The Xinchang Testing Service Center project aims to build a green three-star building,combining active and passive technologies to optimize build-ing design,achieve resource conservation and ecological balance,and provide practical reference for urban green build-ings.
