中心城区地块通常用地规模不大,用地周边情况复杂,既存在良好资源,又存在不利情况.建筑设计须充分考虑各种因素,结合各方需求进行精细化的建筑创作,才能满足新形势下的市场需求以及对建筑行业高质量发展的要求.
Abstract
The central urban area plot usually has a small land scale,and the surrounding situa-tion of the land is more com-plex,which not only has good resources but also unfavorable situations.Architectural design must fully consider various fac-tors and combine various needs for refined architectural creation in order to meet the market demand in the new situation and the requirements for high-quali-ty development of the construc-tion industry.
