Abstract
In recent years,the facade of public housing has been more and more recog-nized by people and favored by developers for its advantages of modern simplicity,exquisite beauty and so on.This paper will summarize and analyze the characteristics and value of the public construction of contem-porary residential buildings,and discuss the facade design of residential buildings from vari-ous aspects in combination with the project of Shenzhen Tianji-an Residence designed by the author.
