历史街区的更新发展是城市发展规划的重要环节,更新不是拆除重建,也不是修旧如旧,是建筑、空间、街道、界面的全面更新.以上海虹口嘉兴01单元更新为例,运用绿色低碳更新策略,平衡建筑与环境的关系,激活片区活力,探索历史街区更新可能路径.
Abstract
the renewal and de-velopment of historical districts is an important part of urban development planning.Renewal is not about demolishing and rebuilding,nor is it about restor-ing the old to its original state.It is a comprehensive update of buildings,spaces,streets,and interfaces.This article takes the renovation of Unit 01 in Jiaxing,Hongkou,Shanghai as an exam-ple,using green and low-carbon renovation strategies to balance the relationship between build-ings and the environment,acti-vate the vitality of the area,and explore possible paths for the renovation of historical districts.
