This paper introduces the design practice of the proj-ect of Lot 06B-03(Guaranteed Rental Housing)in the West Area of Science and Technology City,Xinqiao Town,Songjiang District,which takes five entry points as its design strategy,"shareability,quality,modularity,longevity,and iconicity".
