通过济南历下CBD中央广场项目分析,如何解决超高层建筑新要求:高品质环境、极致成本控制、复杂功能组合、运营不确定等;同时超高层项目多牵涉城市旧改,要解决遗留历史问题,也要面对改造需求,实现建筑全生命周求效益最大化.
Abstract
Through the analysis of the Jinan Lixia CBD Central Pla-za project,how to solve the new requirements of super high-rise buildings,such as high-quality environment,ultimate cost con-trol,complex functional combi-nation,and uncertain operation,etc;At the same time,many super high-rise projects involve urban redevelopment,and in or-der to solve the legacy historical problems,we also need to face the demand for renovation and achieve maximum efficiency throughout the entire life cycle of the building.
