摘要
西安市航空投研中心是在工业聚集区的一次高密度城市综合体创新实践.结合西安市"产业北跨"的政策导向,提高站位和视角,立足城市发展与更新,从区域城市空间的改善和提升入手,提出"下小上大"的创新体量策略,提升项目的开放性、聚集性、标志性,打造"产业航母"的形象,实现空间的立体共享,缝合城市空间,贯通城市绿廊,打造区域中心,增强城市活力,为产业赋能.
Abstract
The Xi'an Aviation Research and Investment Cen-ter is a new urban complex in an industrial area.Aligned with Xi'an's"northward industrial expansion"policy,it focuses on urban renewal.It uses a unique design:smaller at the bottom,larger at the top,to make it more open,cohesive,and distinctive,like an"industrial aircraft carri-er."This design connects urban spaces,green areas,and boosts the local economy and vitality.
