Abstract
The article briefly describes the design process of Phase Ⅱ of Xincun Village relo-cation housing project in Beijing.It proceeds in a step-by-step manner,starting from the spatial planning of the residential area,the design of individual building units and floor plans,and then moving on to the facade design and engineering technology,to create a community that not only preserves the old town's appearance but also meets the modern high-quality residential requirements and is suitable for living.
