摘要
综合医院建设项目因其规模体量大及功能的专业复杂性,建设投资普遍较大,在方案设计阶段采取限额设计的手段能有效控制造价成本.本文抓住医院建筑设计影响造价的主要因素特点,从建筑体量、布局形态和材料三方面对综合医院建筑进行分析,总结对造价影响最关键的设计要点.
Abstract
due to the large scale and professional complexity of general hospital construc-tion projects,the construction investment is generally high.Adopting quota design in the scheme design stage can ef-fectively control the cost.This article focuses on the main factors and characteristics that affect the cost of hospital build-ing design.It analyzes general hospital buildings from three aspects:building volume,form,and materials,and summarizes the most critical design points that affect cost.
