摘要
基于现象观察及案例研究,从城市、区域、地块三个维度系统地梳理车辆段上盖物业的城市空间问题,旨在引发对该类城市空间类型的关注,并最终指向应对城市复杂空间问题的一体化工作机制.
Abstract
Based on phenome-non observation and case study,this paper systematically sorted out the urban space problems of the properties built on the metro depot from the three dimensions of city,region and land,aiming to arouse the attention of this type of urban space,and finally point to the integrated working mechanism to deal with the complex urban space problems.
